Good morning and thank you for following up with me. I can honestly say this is the first time that has ever happened! The package arrived and everything was packed and intact, no damage to anything. And it arrived very quickly as well. I had read about your product in Eastern Dirt Magazine – I was introduced to the magazine by coincidence as we are Pirelli’s Motorcycle Tire’s advertising agency and I had provided an MX ad to Benjamin Segal, who was kind enough to send me a link to the issue. I had remembered reading their review of your product and decided to give it a try. I had ridden on a Saturday and it was very muddy! I didn’t have time to wash my bike (an ‘07 YZ250F) on the way home and it actually sat in the garage for 6 days until I got around to cleaning it. I believe I ordered your product that Monday in anticipation of washing the bike later in the week. Anyway, obviously the mud had hardened and it was everywhere! I simply followed the directions on the bottle and was extremely impressed with how much cleaner everything got when the MX/ATV Wash was used – even my seat, tires and grips were truly clean for the first time since the bike rolled out of the showroom! I even used it to clean my boots! I’ve already told my buddy who I ride with about your product and had him use the mud guard on his already clean bike! I have yet to apply the mud guard to mine, but I will definitely do so before my next ride – I’ll be glad to follow up with you to let you know how it works out for the next washing! Oh, and the price and free shipping are a nice surprise! I will be placing another order for the wash very soon. Thanks for making something great and affordable!
